To improve the appearance of the UI, brightening the text to white, and darkening the background, to create more contrast, the settings can be found under Window -> Style -> Customize Style -> All -> Background Color....and Foreground Color.
Since I couldn't figure out how to zap in a shader onto Trekkie's tuna can, I created one myself, sorta, by messing with the surface settings. I changed the diffuse color from black to light gray, and chose the Glossy Metallic lighting model.
I found the textures option in the Surfaces tab, and replaced the fish mat with the water mat, and I created a grayscale negative of the water to use as a replacement for the fish bump. So here we have a Roach hot tub.
Beside Base Color is the tiny image for the texture, click to replace:
Then scroll down to locate Base Bump, and replace that image also:
You can create your own DS4 poses by selecting the figure, and doing File -> Save As -> Pose Preset -> select a destination folder and name the pose -> and select Save -> and if doing a regular pose, select Current Frame Only (Animated Range is for saving animations) -> then choose Select. Your new pose will now show in the folder that you created in the Content Library.
